The Introduction of wood carbonization furnace
The hoisting type wood carbonization furnace manufacturerd is mainly used to carbon the briquette made by the briquette making machine or the original wood log, bamboo, coconut shell, rice husk, peanut shell, palm fiber, etc into charcoal.

Procedures on inputting the raw material
1. Open the cover of the furnace
2. Hoist the inner stove out of the furnace and open the cover of inner stove, then make it into a tilt for easy
material loading.
3. When loading1/2 material, put one high temperature resistant steel wire mesh and continuous adding material above the steel wire mesh.
4. After finish inputting the material, close the cover of inner stove and hoist it into the carbonization furnace. Then put some clay or sand among the inside stove and outside stove for insulation.
